Swing dance是一種源於美國的雙人舞，於1920年代開始發展，Swing dance使用swing style Jazz(爵士樂)做為跳舞時的音樂，由於Swing music的節奏輕快、俏皮，所以這種舞常給人快樂的感覺。Swing dance是一個總稱，在20-40年代期間衍生出數百種不同的舞種，而今保留下來的，較為人知的舞種包含：Lindy Hop、Balboa、Collegiate Shag 及 Charleston。
